Call Forwarding (My Phone)

What you need to know

Two types of call forwarding can be set up on the My Phone dashboard:

  • Forward All Calls – forwards all incoming calls to the destination you choose.
  • Forward Unanswered Calls – forwarding only occurs when you are away or not answering your phone.

Note: In order to select a number to which you want to forward your calls, you first have to set this number up on the My Numbers tab. Please see the My Numbers User Guide for more information.

To configure Call Forwarding, you will need to login to the My Phone Portal can be found at the following URL:
https://businessdigital.verizon.com/myphone/
*Please Note: Only the site administrator can setup users in the My Phone portal. Ask your site administrator if you do not have access into the My Phone portal.

A. How do I enable/disable the Forward All Calls feature?

  1. Login to the My Phone Portal.
  2. Click the My Features tab.
  3. Click Forward All Calls.
  4. Check Forward all calls to Phone # to enable call forwarding and select the number from the drop-down list to which all calls will be forwarded. Please see the My Numbers User Guide for more information.
  5. Click Ring Reminder to enable a ring reminder that plays a brief tone on your phone when a call is forwarded or click No reminder if you would not like a ring reminder enabled.
  1. To Disable, uncheck Forward all calls to Phone # to disable call forwarding.

B. How do I enable the Forward Unanswered Calls feature to forward to another number or voice mail?

  1. Login to the My Phone Portal.
  2. Click the My Features tab.
  3. Click Forward Unanswered Calls.
  4. Enter the number of rings the caller receives before forwarding.
  5. Select Forward to number and select the number from the drop-down list or Select Forward to my Voice Mail.
