The call pull feature allows you to pull a call to your mobile app that has already been initiated on your Desktop App, Desktop Phone or another application. This is helpful if you are on a call and need to leave your desk. You can move from one device to the other without disrupting the call.
This article provides details on the following:
A. How do I move a call from my Desktop app or desktop phone to my mobile app?
To move a call, while you are on an active call on your desktop phone or desktop app;
- From the mobile client, tap the Call Tab.
- Tap the icon to the right of the red phone icon.

- Select the Pull Call option. This will move the call to your mobile app.
