Moving a Call Between Applications

The call pull feature allows you to pull a call to your mobile app that has already been initiated on your Desktop App, Desktop Phone or another application. This is helpful if you are on a call and need to leave your desk. You can move from one device to the other without disrupting the call.

This article provides details on the following:

A. How do I move a call from my Desktop app or desktop phone to my mobile app?

To move a call, while you are on an active call on your desktop phone or desktop app;

  1. From the mobile client, tap the Call Tab.
  2. Tap the icon to the right of the red phone icon.
  1. Select the Pull Call option. This will move the call to your mobile app.
