Reset a User’s Voicemail Password

What you need to know

Administrators can reset a user's voicemail password from the My Account portal. 

To change a User’s Voicemail password:

  1. Log in to the My Account portal.
  2. Select the My Site tab.
  3. Select your site from the left-hand menu.
  4. Select Reset User Password.
  5. You are routed to the Phone Assignment page. Select the user you would like to modify.
  6. Then select Edit.
  7. Select the User Info tab.
  8. Then select Reset Voicemail Passcode.
  9. Select Save to save your changes.
