Business Digital Voice is a voice over IP (VoIP) product that gives you the flexibility to manage and update your communications features 24/7 via the internet. Learning how to manage this portal is easy, and we’re here to help with your Welcome Call.

A. What is a Welcome Call?

A Welcome Call is an introduction for you to your Business Digital Voice VoIP service. This is a critical first step in your Business Digital Voice installation process. During this short, 30-minute call, we will assist you in the following ways:

  • Logging into your My Account web portal
  • Setting up voicemail for end users
  • Giving end users portal access to manage their own features
  • Setup call routing and features, such as forwarding, hunt groups, auto attendants

By the end of this call, your call routing will be setup so when the technician installs the phones, you are ready to go!

B. When does a Welcome Call take place?

You will start receiving calls from a 1-877 toll free number 3 days before your installation. You can complete your Welcome Call at that time or schedule an appointment. If you do not answer the call, we will leave you a voicemail and email with information to get in touch with us.

C. I missed my Welcome Call, now what?

If you are within 3 days of your Business Digital Voice installation and have not received a Welcome Call, call 1.877.706.4521 to schedule or complete your call. This support group can only help with your initial Welcome Call. Any order, install, or date questions should be directed to 1-800-Verizon

D. I already had my Welcome Call, but need additional help?

If you need help on a Business Digital Voice feature or managing your My Account or My Phone portals, please utilize the guides on this support page. Guides include step-by-step instructions and videos on how features work and how to set them up. Also, as a Business Digital Voice customer, you get free access to a live trainer.
