Transferring Call from the Mobile App

A. How do I place a blind or unattended transfer from the mobile app?

To place a blind or unattended transfer, while you are on an active call;

  1. Tap the Options icon on the bottom right of the screen.
  1. Then, select Transfer.
  1. Search for the contact you would like to transfer the call to and tap the contact.
  2. Select the “Transfer to” option to immediate transfer to call to this recipient. The transfer is then complete.

B. How do I place a consulted transfer from the mobile app?

To place a consulted or attended transfer, from an active call;

  1. Tap the Options icon on the bottom right of the screen.
  1. Then, select Transfer.
  1. Search for the contact you would like to transfer the call to and tap the contact.
  2. Select the Call First option. This will place a call to the recipient before the call is transferred.
  1. Once the party answers, announce the call and tap Complete to complete the transfer.
