Accessing and paying your Business Digital Voice bill is easy

You can pay, view, or print your Business Digital Voice bill online.

Prorated/partial month charges

Your Verizon bill services one month in advance. If your service is activated in the middle of the monthly billing cycle, Verizon will bill for the partial month as well as the following full month.

Example: If your statement date (bill cycle) is on the 15th day of each month and your service is activated on the 1st, your partial month’s charges would be for 15 days of service from the 1st up to the 15th. If a change is made in the Activation Date of your order, Verizon will adjust your Partial Month Charges and Credits based on the new date and the number of days in the Partial Month. This may result in your first bill, after adding or changing services, being higher than anticipated.

Why is my bill different from what was originally quoted?

Your estimated bill includes normal monthly charges plus charges related to a change in service, such as a one-time fee, a partial month charge or a credit for a change in service made in the middle of your bill cycle. Your bill estimate may exclude the following:

  • Credits for promotions that last 3 months or less
  • Unpaid bill charges
  • Pending adjustments
  • Pending orders
  • Equipment billing

If you select to pay for your Business Digital Voice equipment over 2, 3, or 12 months, you will pay all sales tax on the equipment on your first bill.

If you are receiving a promotion on equipment, you will see a charge for the equipment and then a statement credit in the same amount.

Service disconnection

If you disconnect your Business Digital Voice service, you will be charged for the entire billing cycle.
