Important Update: Business Digital Voice MobileConnect App

  • Through January 31, 2026: Full app functionality available

How do I place a call on hold?

To put a call on hold, during an active call, select the Hold button. While the caller is on hold, they hear the on-hold audio based on the music-on-hold file that is set up for your business.
