Important Update: Business Digital Voice MobileConnect App
- Through January 31, 2026: Full app functionality available
- Starting February 1, 2026: Voice-only features; Messaging and Meetings will be discontinued
- March 31, 2026: MobileConnect app will be fully discontinued on mobile and PC

How do I initiate a three-way call?

- To create a three-way conference call, while you are on an active call, select the Options icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
- Then choose Conference.

- You can then select from your contacts or dial a number to call. Once they have answered the call, the three parties are automatically added to the conference call.
