Pulling a call

Important Update: Business Digital Voice MobileConnect App
- Through January 31, 2026: Full app functionality available
- Starting February 1, 2026: Voice-only features; Messaging and Meetings will be discontinued
- March 31, 2026: MobileConnect app will be fully discontinued on mobile and PC
These changes do not affect Business Digital Voice on your IP desktop phone.

How do I perform call pull?
You can seamlessly pull your active call from your desktop phone to your mobile app, when you're in transition, with the call pull feature.
To pull a call:

- Open the menu and tap on Pull Call.
- The call moves from your desktop Communicator application to your mobile client.
