Important Update: Business Digital Voice MobileConnect App

  • Through January 31, 2026: Full app functionality available
  • Starting February 1, 2026: Voice-only features; Messaging and Meetings will be discontinued
  • March 31, 2026: MobileConnect app will be fully discontinued on mobile and PC

These changes do not affect Business Digital Voice on your IP desktop phone.

How do I perform call pull?

You can seamlessly pull your active call from your desktop phone to your mobile app, when you're in transition, with the call pull feature.

To pull a call:

    1. Open the menu and tap on Pull Call.
    2. The call moves from your desktop Communicator application to your mobile client.
