Resetting your voicemail PIN
If you have forgotten your Voicemail PIN, you can reset it via the User Portal.
Resetting your voicemail PIN
To change your Voice Portal (or Voicemail) PIN:
- From the User Portal dashboard, click the Profile Button.
- Select Account Settings.
- Then, select the Change Voicemail PIN button.
Your temporary PIN will be emailed to you. Use this PIN to access your Voicemail box. Once you have successfully accessed your Voicemail box, the system will prompt you to change your PIN.
